Delivery

Delivery, we endever send parcels out within 24 hours of ordering during shop opening times 9AM Till 4.00PM Tuesday - Saturday.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels.. If an item is out of stock your card will not be charged and you will receive an email giving various options. Please note that the website sometimes has a glitch and the postage is not added until the check out, and then states it's tax..... we have tried to remedy this and are still working on a solution.

Postage & Packing

Charges are £3.95 on UK orders up to £75.00

Orders over £75 are posted free excluding overseas and g scale which are charged at cost please see below.

Orders for international delivery can take up to 28 days to deliver.
Overseas Customers

The minimum charge on overseas orders is £3.95. If the cost exceeds this then a member of the Web Sales team will contact you to advise you of the additional costs.

Please note due to Royal Mail Safety regulations we are unable to post Paints, Aerosols and Thinners etc to overseas customers.

Returns

If damage occurs or there is a fault with any item.

Please contact the team and return the item to Buffers who will send a replacement if available or will refund the cost of the items.
