| Delivery, we endever send parcels out within 24 hours of ordering during shop opening times 9AM Till 16PM Tuesday - Saturday. We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels.. If an item is out of stock your card will not be charged and you will receive an email giving various options |
| Postage & Packing |
Charges are £4.95 on UK orders up to £150. Orders over £150 are post free excluding overseas and g scale which are charged at cost. Orders for international delivery can take up to 28 days to deliver. |
| Overseas Custumers |

After placing the order you will be contacted by one of the internet sales team who will manually process the shipping charges. Please note due to Royal Mail Safety regulations we are unable to post Paints, Aerosols and Thinners etc to overseas customers. Please see Royal Mail Website - Prohibited Goods for more information. |
| Returns |
If damage occurs or there is a fault with any item. Please contact the team and return the item to buffers who will send a replacement if available or will refund the cost of the items. |
