We endeavour to send parcels out within 24 hours of ordering, during shop times 10.00am till 4.00pm Tuesday - Friday
There are times when we are unable to dispatch within 24 hours of an order being placed, this may occur on Fridays after 3:00 pm*, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.
Standard – 3 to 5 days from date of despatch
The standard method of delivery, unless specified at checkout, will be classed as the most cost effective service available for your order. Certain items cannot be sent via Royal Mail and in these instances a courier service will be used. Due to weight and size restrictions imposed by the Royal Mail some parcels can only be sent via courier.
Royal Mail maximum criteria are as follows: an item no larger than 460 x 610 x 460mm and no heavier than 20kg & for tubular, cuboid and long rectangular packages such as flexi and long lengths of track, the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm or be longer than 900mm.
Courier – 3 to 5 days from date of despatch
As per our standard method of delivery, Courier is classed as our most cost method available for your order excluding Royal Mail services.
With our courier service, there are no restrictions on sizes and as such, is our selected method for sending any item that is outside the size or weight restrictions imposed by Royal Mail.
Specialist Courier – 1 to 2 days from date of despatch
Our Specialist courier is used exclusively for items that may be prohibited by our regular providers.
This is primarily used for the delivery of items such as, but not limited to,
- Aerosols Sprays
- Any item that may contain an Aerosol such as our Basic Airbrush Starter Sets
- Any item that we feel we may have issue sending with our normal providers and are permitted by our Specialist Courier.

Orders for international delivery can take up to 28 days to deliver.
Please note due to Royal Mail Safety regulations we are unable to post paints, aerosols, thinners etc to overseas customers.

If any item is faulty please contact the team and return the item to Buffers who will send a replacement if available or will refund the cost of the item(s).
